(50) S.C.No.463/2009 (Judgment) instance by P.I.Shri Bagul. 84/­ The evidence of Amir Khan s/o Gaffar Khan, Mukram Khan s/o Abdul Khan, Hidayat Khan s/o Feroz Khan, Afroz Khan s/o Feroz Khan, Asif Khan s/o Mohmmad Akbar, Mohammad Mobin s/o Mohammad Abbas was adduced, so far as the aforesaid seizure of clothes, gold ring and Sim­card in the mobile phone of Mansi are concerned. These witnesses do not support the prosecution on some material particulars and therefore, learned APP cross examined them with the permission of the Court.
