(66) S.C.No.463/2009 (Judgment) stomach. Regarding said incriminating circumstance no explanation is offered by accused Jawed. 109/­ Again the prosecution has produced DNA report at Exh­120. From this report it appears that the Chemical Analyzer had extracted the DNA from blood stains detected on the bed sheet (Exh­1)which was sent for analysis. Regarding said DNA and regarding blood stains detected on the T shirt of accused, the DNA test was performed. Accordingly the Chemical Analyzer interpreted about the said test which is as follows. “For all the 15 genetic systems analyzed with PCR, the DNA profile obtained from (1) Blood stains detected on Bed sheet (Exh­1) and (2) Blood stains detected on T shirt of accused (Exh­2) exactly matched with DNA profile of Control blood sample of deceased (Exh­4)” 110/­ The Chemical Analyzer has formed opinion after performing said test which is as follows. “(1) Blood stains detected on the Bed sheet, (2) Blood stains detected on T shirt of accused and (3) Control blood stain of deceased are concluded to be of the same biological individual.”
