(9) 17/­ S.C.No.463/2009 (Judgment) He also obtained Police Custody of accused Pradip Chandaliya and Ram Bodkhe from concerned J.M.F.C. On 23.6.2009 accused ram Bodkhe gave statement regarding the stolen ring which was received by him from accused Jawed and therefore, his statement was recorded in presence of two panchas. Then after, accused Ram Bodkhe led them near Tulsi Chamber and from the room of electric motor, accused Ram took out the gold ring and produced before them which came to be seized by P.I.Shri Borse under seizure panchnama (Exh­65). 18/­ Again P.I.Shri Borse interrogated towards accused Jawed on 24.6.2009 regarding the clothes worn by him of informant Aniket, after the incident. Accused Javed showed readiness to show the spot where he had hidden those clothes below the garbage near Tapadiya Natyagraha. Hence statement of accused was reduced into writing before panchas and then from the spot shown by the accused, those clothes of Aniket i.e. one T shirt and one pant were recovered from the heap of garbage which was near Tapadiya Natyagraha. According to him, he prepared seizure panchnama (Exh­57). He sent all the four clothes seized at the instance of accused Jawed to forensic science laboratory for investigation, along with letter (Exh­46).
