It is the case of prosecution that on 23 rd June, 2009 Accused No.1 Jawedkhan made a memorandum to discover his clothes concealed in garbage in front of the building in which PW­15 Asif Mohammad Akbar was the ig h incident took place. Panch witness on recovery of clothes of Accused No.1 It is stated by Asif that in his presence Accused H Jawedkhan. Jawedkhan had shown his readiness to discover the clothes ba y which he was wearing at the time of incident. Memorandum Exhibit 61 was drawn in his presence. At the instance of Accused No.1 Jawedkhan his blood stained clothes were recovered from Discovery Panchanama was om the heap of waste material. recorded vide Exhibit 62 in the presence of PW­15 Asif by PW­32 B P.I. Borse. P.I.
