(8) S.C.No.463/2009 (Judgment) and arrested him on 22.6.2009 at 5.00 pm under arrest panchnama at Exh­142. 15/­ Again during the investigation, P.I. Shri Bagul sent accused Jawed to Ghati Hospital for medical examination. He requested the Medical Officer to collect blood sample, pubic hair, nail clippings and semen of the accused for analysis. In the house search of Ram Bodkhe one pistol was found and also one weapon known as “Khanjir” was found. On 22.6.2009 he obtained Police Custody of accused Jawed for 14 days from concerned J.M.F.C. 16/­ On 23.6.2009 he interrogated towards the accused Jawed about the clothes on his person at the time of commission of this crime. Accused Jawed showed readiness to produce those clothes and as per the statement given by accused Jawed before him and panchas, he had recovered those clothes at the instance of Javed from the garbage which was in front of the spot in question. The accused had produced one T shirt and one Jeans pant and therefore, he seized those clothes. There were blood stains on the front side portion of T shirt (Article­28). Hence he had seized those clothes under seizure panchnama (Exh­62). He obtained signature of accused below his statement as well as below the seizure panchnama.
