(10) 19/­ S.C.No.463/2009 (Judgment) Then on 25.6.2009 again during interrogation towards accused Jawed, he had recovered the original Sim­card of Vodaphone Company in the mobile phone of Mansi and the Sim­card was recovered from the shutter of the godown of Tulsi chamber at the instance of accused Jawed (Exh­54 and 54­A). 20/­ For the DNA test, he called special kit from forensic laboratory Mumbai and in that kit, the controlled blood sample, semen sample of accused Jawed were sent for DNA test to forensic science laboratory, Mumbai. He also issued letter. The C.A.reports and DNA test reports received by him were included in investigation papers. 21/­ On 30.06.2009 he sent accused Jawed to Ghati hospital for examination in order to know whether the accused Jawed is capable to perform sexual intercourse or not.
