During interrogation it could be revealed that gold ring of Aniket which was found missing from the house was given by ig h Jawedkhan to Accused No.3 Ram Bodkhe against some dues which Accused Jawedkhan owed to Ram Bodkhe. On getting clue Accused H No.3 Ram Bodkhe was also arrested on 22nd ba y June, 2009. xiv. Accused No.1 Jawedkhan was referred to Ghati Hospital for medical examination. Medical B om Officer was requested to take his blood, pubic hair, semen sample and nail clippings. Investigating Agency could recover the clothes of Jawedkhan at his instance which clothes he was wearing at the time of commission of offence.
