15 On 25th June, 2009, original simcard of rt xvii. Cri.Appeals 516, 281 n 468 of 2012.odt C ou Vodafone company which was in the mobile of Mansi was recovered from the shutter of godown of Tulsi Chamber at the instance of Accused Jawedkhan. Identification parade in respect of gold ring and ig h xviii. clothes of Aniket was held before the Executive Magistrate. Aniket identified that gold wring and H clothes were belonging to him. An opinion was also sought from Medical Officer Ghati whether ba y Accused Jawedkhan was capable to perform sexual intercourse or not. Several witnesses B om were examined in the course of investigation. After completing investigation charge­sheet was submitted to the concerned Magistrate who committed the case for trial to the Court of Sessions. 6. Charge came to be framed against the Accused vide Exhibit 13. They pleaded not guilty to the charge vide Exhibits 14 to 16.
