The defendant's legal counsel at the second review level court expressed an objection to the verdict against the defendant at the cassation, appeal, or first level level. That the investigators of the Metro Jaya Police fabricated the minutes of the examination of the defendant by violent means of torture, beatings and even electrocuts. Considering that the defendant could not stand the torture and did not want to die like the witness Marlena and the witness Izuchukwu Okoloaja who had died in police custody, the defendant was forced to confess in the minutes of his examination which then the defendant revoked the minutes of his examination in the trial.
