JUDGMENT (Delivered on: 24th of January, 2012) 1/­ Accused No.1 by name Jawedkhan @ Tingrya s/o Habibkhan has been prosecuted by Jinsi PSO for the offences punsihable under Sections 302,392 r/w 397,394,376, 201,456,457,458,459 of I.P.C. While accused No.2 and 3 have been prosecuted by PSO Jinsi, for the offences punishable under Sections 411,412,414,212 and 109 of IPC. 2/­ The prosecution case in short as as follows. PW­7 by name Aniket Shankarrao Deshpande, filed FIR at Jinsi Police Station thereby contending that he resides in the house at Purva Apartment along with his sister.
