The spot panchnama is not disputed by any of the accused. 2) Exh­30 ­ seizer panchnama of the clothes of deceased and witness. In this panchnama Police have seized head phone wire, scarf, T.shirt and bracier. The genuineness of this panchnama is not disputed by any of the accused. 3) Exh­31 Inquest Panchnama of the deceased by name Mansi Deshpande. 4) Exh­32 P.M. Report of the deceased.
