(6) 9/­ S.C.No.463/2009 (Judgment) From the IMEI number mentioned on the receipt at Exh­39, API Shri Patare took the information of the mobile on which mobile, said IMEI number was visible. He obtained information from the Air­tel company. From said information, API Shri Patare had came to know that the IMEI number of the mobile of Mansi was visible on the mobile containing Sim­card No.9503667292. Form the Tower location, API Shri Patare also came to know the spot from where the mobile was being used and it was being used in hotel “Pancham”. 10/­ Accordingly API Shri Patare had visited said hotel “Pancham” and seized that mobile and Sim­card from accused No.2 by name Pradip Chandaliya. API Shri Patare gave report to P.I.Bagul, along the seizure panchnama of mobile (Exh­77). He enclosed those papers given by Mr. Patare in investigation papers. 11/­ During the course of investigation, Shri Bagul inquired towards Pradip Chandaliya as to how he got possession of that mobile. Pradip Chandaliya told that his son gave the Sim­card and Pradeep further told that his customer by name Javedkhan @ Tingrya gave mobile to him towards the bill of his hotel. 12/­ The said Sony Erikson Company mobile was of the Model G­502.
