(39) S.C.No.463/2009 (Judgment) receipt given by the shop of Abdul Rauf which contains each and every details of the mobile purchased by Mansi and which was found with accused No.2 Pradip Chandaliya. 71/­ So, the aforesaid evidence adduced by the prosecution needs to be considered and scrutinized and on its basis, it is to be seen as to whether the prosecution has proved the charge levelled against accused No.1 and the charge levelled against accused Nos.2 & 3. As to points No.1 to 7:­ 72/­ All these points are inter linked with each other and therefore, they are taken up jointly for discussion and decision. 73/­ As stated earlier, the prosecution has examined total 33 witnesses to prove the guilt of the accused persons.
