This witness Mayur has also admitted that then after his father activated that mobile on 18.6.2009 itself. The evidence of Nodal Officer Ganesh Pawar who was serving with Air­Tel Company, shows that Police had demanded the call details of mobile phone No.9503667292 w.e.f. 12.6.2009 to 21.6.2009. Said mobile was activated on 16.6.2009 and hence he gave that information of said mobile w.e.f. 16.6.2009 to 21.6.2009. He has also testified that lastly said mobile number was used on 21.6.2009 on which it was seized by API Shri Patare under panchnama at Exh­77 dated 21.6.2009. 81/­ So, this second set of prosecution witnesses categorically discloses that accused Jawed handed over said mobile of Mansi Deshpande to accused No.2 Pradeep on 14.6.2009 i.e. after two days from the date of incident, towards the bill which was due to him of hotel Pancham owned by Pradip. From tower location, Police came to know about IMEI number of that mobile which was visible and then Police took the search of said mobile and they received information that it was being used in hotel Pancham.
