(61) S.C.No.463/2009 (Judgment) samples of accused Jawed, for the purpose of chemical analysis and DNA test, nothing was suggested in cross examination of Dr. Heena Khan nor the said fact was denied on behalf of accused. 100/­ The evidence of I.O coupled with the evidence of Dr. Mugdalimath also shows that as per the request of the Investigating Officer, Dr. Mugdalimath had collected blood of the deceased for grouping, her pubic hair, nail, vaginal swab and smear swab from left breast, matted vaginal hair, aspirated vaginal fluid etc for chemical analysis and for D.N.A.Test. His evidence also discloses that said blood, her nails, vaginal swab, aspirated vaginal fluid etc were sent by him to the Forensic Science Laboratory, Aurangabad and Mumbai for analysis. He has specifically testified that matted vaginal pubic hair and aspirated vaginal fluid of the victim were sent by him to DNA profile at Forensic Science Laboratory Mumbai and at the same time, he sent pluck hair of the victim for controlled DNA test to Forensic Science Laboratory Mumbai. 101/­ After receipt of said blood and semen samples of the accused and said samples of the victim, the Chemical Analyzer analyzed those samples sent to him
