(62) S.C.No.463/2009 (Judgment) for DNA test. 102/­ Accordingly the C.A.Report at Exh­115 produced on record categorically discloses that the blood group of accused Jawed is “A”. The C.A.Report at Exh­111 pertains to the blood of Mansi i.e. victim and it shows that her blood group was “AB”. It appears that the Chadder, Bed­sheet, scarf, T shirt, bracier, M.C.Pad, scissor and screw drivers found on the spot were also sent for chemical analysis at F.S.L. Aurangabad. Its C.A.Report is produced at Exh­116 and it discloses that on the chadder, bed­sheet, T shirt & scissor, “AB” bood group of Mansi was noticed. Hence it is clear that to commit murder of Mansi scissor was used. 103/­ The evidence of the Investigating Officer as well as C.A. Reports on record show that the semen was detected on the bed­sheet of Mansi and said bed­ sheet (Exh­2) was sent for analysis. Its C.A. Report (Exh­115) categorically discloses that the semen detected on Exh­2 is of blood group “A” which is that of accused Javed. So, this C.A. Report is also one of the incriminating circumstances against accused Jawed which also discloses his presence on the date of incident at
