Since the detail information of the mobile purchased by Mansi as per the receipt at Exh­39 tallied exactly to the details of the mobile seized from Pradip Chandaliya, he again maid inquiry to Pradip and his son Mayur about the Sim­card. 13/­ From the information received from Pradip Chandaliya, P.I.Borse came to know that accused Javedkhan @ Tingrya gave that mobile to Pradip towards the bill of hotel. Similarly Shri Bagul also took accused Javedkhan @ Tingrya in his custody on 22.6.2009 at 2.30 hours by night. In the interrogation made by him to Javedkhan, he admitted that he gave that Sony Erikson Mobile phone to Pradeep Chandaliya and therefore, he arrested accused Javedkhan & Pradip Chandaliya in this case at 3.30 hours by night by preparing arrest panchnamas at Exh­139 & 140. 14/­ After arrest of accused Jawed, ­P.I.Shri Bagul interrogated towards him. Accused Javed told that after commission of crime, he changed his clothes and wore the clothes of informant.
