Section Sentence Awarded 302 of the IPC Sentenced to be Hanged by Neck till Death. 2. 376(2)(i) of Sentenced to undergo Rigorous the IPC Imprisonment for Life which shall mean imprisonment for the remainder of his natural life and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only). In case of default in payment of fine, he shall suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for one year. 3. 363 of the IPC Sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment of 5 years and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only).
